Apothecary Cafe, one of Austin's best cafe/wine/coffee bars, has rolled out a new brunch menu (served Sundays, 10am-3pm). Not only are the menu items mouthwatering, but the plating is phenomenal. Apothecary has always been known for stunning, artsy plating, and their brunch plates follow suit. Just check out a few of the options:

Quail & Waffle with Grits and Honey Butter

Shortrib Benedict with Ancho Hollandaise

Breakfast Potato Skins wtih Roquefort Cheese, Proscuitto, and a Sunny-Side Up Quail Egg

Not pictured above are scrumptious options like Roasted Squash Hash (served with chorizo, cilantro, and egg), French Toast, and an Apple Turnover made with salted caramel and whipped cream.

If breakfast isn't your thing, their brunch menu has alternatives like the following:
- PLT made with proscuitto, greens, tomato, and egg
- Grapefruit Salad with mint, goat cheese, and caramelized sugar
- Mac & Cheese with proscuitto, goat cheese, truffle

And you can never go wrong with these evergreen dishes:

Cheese Plate (Selection Varies)

Assorted Pickles

Flatbread (Varies)

Find the full menu here. Aside from the beautiful and delicious food served during Apothecary's Sunday brunch, don't forget that all day Sunday (and Monday, for that matter), glasses of wine are $1 off and bottles are $10 off!
