Halloween's right around the corner, but that's not the only upcoming event. Austin Beer Week rounds out its events this weekend with some really cool tastings, pairings, and tappings! Here are our top picks for this weekend. Don't miss them; Austin Beer Weeks ends Sunday!

FRIDAY
5pm
Beer & Food Pairing at Red's Porch
This event features four house-made sausages paired with four beers. A deal worth licking your chops over.

6:30pm
Beer & Cheese Pairing at  Epicerie Cafe & Grocery
Epicerie is teaming up with Jester King Brewery for a special cheese and beer pairing class. Epicerie cheesemonger Kelly Sheehan, who has been involved with the American Cheese Society and received the John Crompton Memorial Scholarship as Official Conference Cheesemonger, will guide the class along with a representative from Jester King Brewery, as they discuss the pairings. A few of the pairings include:
- Jester King Commercial Suicide paired with Flagship Reserve
- Jester King Mad Meg paired with St. Nectaire
- Jester King Censored paired with Ponhopper

7pm
Beer College at Banger's Beer Garden
Beer College is our appreciation and education of beer for the people. During Austin Beer Week, Bangers will be doing very special episodes of Beer College featuring some of the best brewers from ATX and the US. Ben Sabin from Thirsty Planet will be coming out to drink some beers, talk about their new expansion, and getting into the bottling business. This is a great opportunity to learn from one of ATX's great brewers about the art of beer making.

All Day
Beer & Food Pairing at  FRANK
Circle Brewery loves Frank. And to show its love, the guys at Circle are taking over the taps at one of Austin's favorite purveyor of artisan sausage. This will be your chance to enjoy Circle's favorite seasonal Smokin' Beech Rauchbier as well as other rotating Circle brews alongside a bevy for fine meat products.

SATURDAY
4pm
Rare Tapping & Food Pairing at Black Star Co-Op
Don't miss a special cellared 2012 keg of Cantankerous Dockhand with spicy food pairings, including NOLA style shrimp po boy featuring their barrel-aged hot sauce, and spicy chocolate desserts.

5pm
Tapping at Pinthouse Pizza
Pinthouse's most popular beer from 2012 is back in this fresh 2013 version of Jaguar Shark. For those of you unfamiliar, Jaguar Shark is a bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout. They are excited to have Jaguar Shark back and may have very limited quantities of the 2012 version available so come early and bring cab money!

SUNDAY
11am
Beer & Sausage Pairing at   Lucy's Fried Chicken (Burnet location)
Lucy's on Burnet will be grinding and grilling some delicious sausage to pair with Circle Brewing brews.

11am
Flights & Bites at Black Star Co-Op
This day Black Star Co-Op will show love to all house beers featured throughout the week. They'll have as many of their house beers as possible for you to choose from on tap and bottled. Their kitchen will present their choicest food pairings for unforgettable snack plates.

5:30 & 8:30pm
Real Ale Beer Dinner at Lenoir
Lenoir is offering a beer-inspired dinner paired with some of their favorite local beers from Real Ale Brewery. Moreover, they'll have an experienced producer on-hand to give you all the juicy details about these awesome malty beverages and how the food and beer mingle. Ticket price includes a shandy hour in the wine garden, a 4-course dinner with beer pairings in the restaurant and gratuity.
