The folks at Épicerie are at it again, hosting another exciting and educational pairing class! This time they are teaming up with Abita Brewing to show that wine isn’t the only thing that pairs well with cheese. The evening will be hosted by Épicerie’s cheesemonger, Dan Largess, who will guide guests through the pairing process, explaining the flavor profiles of each cheese and why it pairs well with each beer. Hunter Roberts from Abita will be on hand to answer questions about the featured beers.

Tickets are $40, which includes five cheese and beer pairings and are available for purchase here. This class is the perfect way to spend a Sunday evening, so be sure to grab your tickets now!
