Great drink specials and an even better menu make Gloria's one of Dallas' hottest brunch spots. Every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-3pm, Gloria's offers a brunch menu featuring everything from omelets to Tex-Mex and Mexican breakfast dishes as well as dollar mimosas and other drink specials. Owners Gloria and Jose Fuentes are originally from El Salvador and have been delighting Dallasites for over 25 years with their authentic Salvadoran cuisine. If you don't mind the Texas heat, we definitely suggest sitting on one of Gloria's beautiful patios for the best brunch experience.

Tortilla Chips with Salsa and Black Bean Dip

A warm basket of tortilla chips with salsa and to-die-for black bean dip is offered as soon as you're seated. But be warned - this dip is addicting! If the chips and bean dip are not enough, order the Chile Con Queso or the Guacamole - both are perfect appetizer selections.

Gloria's Mimosa

Brunch would not be complete without a delicious cocktail. Gloria's offers a terrific selection, consisting of mimosas, bloody marys, and micheladas. When you order off of the brunch menu, mimosas are only one dollar per glass. What a steal! If you like to mix it up, try out the Pomegranate Mimosa or Mango Mimosa for something a little sweeter.

Sopes with Shredded Chicken

After reviewing the brunch menu, we decided on Sopes, which consists of two soft, handmade corn tortillas topped with pinto beans; choice of shredded chicken, brisket or ground beef and garnished with lettuce, guacamole, tomatoes, sour cream and queso fresco. The soft corn tortillas, guacamole and queso fresco really make this the perfect brunch meal. If you're looking for something a little more traditional, go for an omelet. They have several different options to choose from, including the Cowboy Omelet or the Veggie Omelet.

Huevos a Caballo

Another great selection is the Huevos a Caballo which consists of two eggs over easy on a skirt steak served with pinto beans and guacamole salad. This classic American dish is perfected with a twist of Latin flare. Of course, you'll find classic Mexican breakfast dishes including Huevos Rancheros, Migas, and Huevos con Chorizo.

Cheese Pupusas

Even though it's not listed on the Brunch menu, you still could order one of their most popular Salvadoran specialties (and a favorite of ours) - Pupusas. Pupusas are a hand-made corn tortillas stuffed with cheese, pork or both. They're a great starter for any meal and also go great with a bowl of their hearty Black Bean Soup.

If you love to catch up with friends over delicious food and boozy mimosas, choose Gloria's as your next brunch spot. With locations across the metroplex, we're sure there's a Gloria's near you. Check their website for details and which locations participate in brunch.
