Where do you go when you need a healthy but quick meal? LYFE Kitchen is the culmination of good-for-you food and fast dining. Everything they serve is nutritious, so you can be confident your dish contains quality food using locally and sustainably sourced ingredients whenever possible.

LYFE Kitchen’s menu is varied, and we love how it indicates whether a dish is vegan, gluten free, or contains nuts. It also lists the calories, which is helpful for those on a diet.

For lunch, they have a good selection of salads, sandwiches, flatbreads, and bowls to meet any hunger level. If you come for breakfast, you can find delicious pancakes, egg dishes, and wraps. Just beware that breakfast is only served from 10am-11am. They also have a fun variety of flavored waters and smoothies, like the Ginger Mint Chia water and the Kale Banana smoothie. Both are refreshing and light and the perfect colorful addition to any meal.

Some of our favorite dishes include the Roasted Mushroom and Goat Cheese Flatbread, the Quinoa Crunch Bowl, and the Grilled Chicken and Avocado Sandwich.

Mushroom Flatbread with Goat Cheese

The mushroom flatbread is beautiful with its large roasted crimini mushrooms and caramelized onions melting into the gooey goat and mozzarella cheeses. A drizzle of balsamic vinegar finishes it off nicely.

Quinoa Crunch Bowl with chicken

The Quinoa Crunch Bowl is an exceptionally healthy meal with layers of quinoa, arugula, fresh crunchy vegetables, creamy avocado and an edamame hummus, all accented with a chipotle vinaigrette and hot sauce. The spice of the sauce is mellowed out by the creaminess of the hummus and avocado, giving the salad depth and intrigue.

Grilled Chicken and Avocado Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries

If you’re in the mood for a sandwich, try the Grilled Chicken and Avocado. Between the multigrain bun is a charred chicken breast, roasted tomatoes, red onion and tarragon aioli. It’s a substantial sandwich that won’t weigh you down.
