Since its grand opening back in the beginning of September, Shake Shack has been the new go-to spot for Dallas residents. With their juicy burgers made to order and decadent custard to help you through this Texas heat, it’s no wonder there are lines wrapping around the building each day.

As if their classic burger and fries weren’t satisfying enough, starting September 23rd through October 2nd guests will be able to experience new menu items inspired by Oktoberfest. No need to fly to Germany for a tasty bratwurst and beer because Shake Shack hits the nail on the head with these specialty dishes.

Brat Burger

Up first in the Shacktoberfest lineup is their Brat Burger. They’re twisting things up by topping a hamburger patty with a Usinger’s cheddar-stuffed bratwurst, crunchy beer-marinated shallots, and their classic Shacksauce. This brat burger hybrid packs loads of flavor in between two buns to create the ultimate meat lover’s dream.

ShackMeister Brat

If you want to keep things simpler with a classic bratwurst, then the ShackMeister Brat is the brat for you. With warm cheddar stuffed inside a bratwurst, topped with those crispy beer-marinated shallots and their cheddar cheese sauce on top, this is a bratwurst experience you will never forget.

Bavarian-Style Soft Pretzel

Oktoberfest wouldn’t be complete without a classic pretzel paired with a pint of beer and this Shacktoberfest is no different. They’re serving up a pretzel so delicious you’ll think you’re eating a warm, buttery loaf of bread sprinkled with Bavarian spices. Enjoy this soft pretzel on its own or pair it with Shake Shack’s classic cheese sauce.

Bavarian-Style Beer

While they have several beers on tap each day, their Brooklyn Brewery Oktoberfest Beer is the perfect accessory to any of their specialty menu items. The beer even comes in a Shacktoberfest Beir Stein (yours to keep)!

Bavarian-Inspired Shakes

For the apple lovers, try their Apfelstrudel Shake topped with whipped cream and cinnamon-sugar shortbread. This apple strudel shake is so delicious you’ll think you’re sipping on a liquid version of an apple pie. If you’re leaning more towards chocolate then their Black Forest Shake is the perfect dessert for your sweet tooth. This chocolate and cherry shake, topped with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles, is so delicious that you’ll surely be dreaming about it long after Shacktoberfest is over.

With so many delicious dishes to choose from, you’ll want to make sure you head out to Shake Shack before these items leave for good on October 2nd. So grab some friends and get ready to say “Prost!” (cheers) at Shacktoberfest!
