Greenville is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Dallas, and The Blue Fish is one of the star players. With some of the best sushi in the area, they stay at the top of their game.

Summer Rolls with Peanut Sauce

These summer rolls are helping us beat this brutal Texas heat, and their fresh taste makes for the perfect summer appetizer. They are made with crab salad, shrimp, mango, and lettuce and served with a side of peanut sauce. Between this yummy dish and their signature Ahi Tuna Tower, you might not have room for dinner.

Salmon Sushi

Straight from the sea, The Blue Fish keeps things simple and fresh with their salmon sushi. Of course, a wide variety of fish options are available. Since it isn't doused in spicy mayo and tempura flakes, it's crucial for the fish to be pristine and fresh, and at this spot, it always is. Stop by for lunch, when they serve a 2-for-1 sushi special

Spicy Tuna Roll

A spicy tuna roll might sound boring, but not here. As you can assume from the beautiful color of the tuna, it melts in your mouth. Sparing diners from the typical slathering of spicy mayo, spices are mixed with the fish beforehand, which keeps things light and tasty with a dash of heat.

The Las Vegas Roll

Vegas, baby! The Las Vegas roll is one of the more savory rolls on the menu, made with spicy crab salad, tuna, avocado and topped with spicy mayo and Sriracha.

The Rock Manhattan Roll

The Rock Manhattan Roll is a filling option loaded with shrimp tempura, snow crab mix, fresh jalapeno, spicy tuna, crab stick, three types of caviar, creamy wasabi, eel sauce, spicy mayo and sriracha. This roll is great for sharing.

If you're not one for spicy food, fear not - the menu here boasts one of the larger selections of rolls we've seen. And if non-sushi eaters want to tag along, they'll feel right at home. With a full-sized regular menu including options like crab potstickers, slow braised short rib, and Chilean sea bass, cooked items are equally tempting.

Between the fresh ingredients, cold and hot appetizers, all the basic rolls, a wide variety of special rolls, and a satisfying non-sushi menu, this is a crowd-pleaser. Happy Hour is no joke here either, so if your wallet is feeling skinny and your sushi craving is growing, drop in to fill up for less. The Blue Fish also has locations in North Dallas and Allen.
