Whether you’re on a lunch break or a dinner date, The Mint Asian Fusion Café can hit the spot. This chic, comfortable atmosphere is an ideal place to enjoy a delicious and affordable combination of New Bangkok cuisine and various classic Asian dishes.

Their Grilled Thai Fishball Skewers are one of the best appetizers on the menu. They have a rich, semi-sweet taste that will serve as a great precursor to any entree. However, if you’re in the mood for something lighter, the Fresh Summer Rolls are also an excellent choice. The vegetables are fresh and crisp, and if you prefer to have meat, you can add chicken or shrimp to the roll. Either option tastes great with the peanut sauce.

For entrees, Mint offers a variety of dishes including soups, stir fry, noodles, and fried rice. While there are many delicious options, the Pad See Iew with beef is my personal favorite. The noodles are cooked just right and tossed with black soy sauce, baby bok choy, and broccoli.  With this dish, and with most of the menu, you can choose to add beef, chicken, or tofu. This customization allows diners to enjoy the same dish in a different way with each visit, and it's great for vegetarians.

Don’t leave without ordering dessert. Try the Signature Green Tea Ice Cream Cake. Neatly layered ice cream and green tea sponge cake finished with a thin layer of vanilla icing and topped with an additional scoop of ice cream, its full of flavor. This a dessert for the eyes and for the taste buds!

Add The Mint to your happy hour circuit, too. This location features $2 off appetizers, soups, and salads as well as $3 beers and house wines on Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The North Dallas location also features great specials, like dollar sushi nights on Mondays and Tuesdays.
